Delivery Costs

Items will be sent via myhermes for large items or Royal Mail for smaller items. Our Royal Mail collection days are Monday orders before 9:00 will be ready for our 11:00 collection and Thurdsay orders before 9:00 will be ready for our 11:00 collection.

Your delivery will arrive via you post man 3-5 workin days, this service does not provide tracking number. Our MyHermes collection days are also Monday & Thursday at 2:00 orders before 12:00 will be dispatched you will recieve a tracking number 2hours before collection time. 

Upto 1kg = £2.75

Upto 2kg = £3.75

Upto 5kg = £4.99

Upto 10kg = £6.99

Upto 15kg = £10.99

Opening Times

We now officially open 10:00 - 2:00 Monday and Thursday we will endeavour to answer you queries as soon as possible. If it is a postal query you item will have been dispacthed every Monday or Thursday and we will not send out a new item until the 5 days delivery has been given to the delivery company. 


For returns & exchanges we are happy to accept returns or exchanges as long as the item is not used and in a resealable condition but the buyer is responsible to send the item back at their cost and if exchanged pay for the p&p for the new item.

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately and returned for inspection in not more than 7 days. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Items must be returned to use for inspection and where justified damage has occurred P&P fees will be reimbursed. Any orders that do not involve damaged or defective goods will not be eligible for P&P refund.

We will endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible and within 7 working days of receipt however this is not guaranteed.

Please note due to reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to exchange or accept the return of any items once they have been in contact with a horse or opened.


Please note if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and therefore delivered without a signature the couriers insurance is invalidated. Equine-Innovations cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.

Contact must be made within 7 days of purchase.
